­Special unit set up to ‘troll Twitter and Facebook’ for “suspicious activity”

In the aftermath of last week’s riots in the United Kingdom, the NYPD has held a “mobilization exercise” to train police to prepare for civil unrest in the United States, while also launching a program designed to spot signs of potential trouble via social networking websites.

The NYPD Disorder Control Unit brought together police from all five of the city’s boroughs to rehearse what the response would be “should out-of-control riots break out here”.

“Approximately 180 police officers total from each borough’s task force, including the horseback and aviation units, came out for the drill,” reports the Metro.

However, unlike in the United Kingdom where the rioters mainly comprised of teenage kids taking the opportunity to steal iPods and other high-end electrical goods, civil unrest in the United States is far more likely to have a political motivation.

With many Americans now becoming “pre-revolutionary” as a result of their fury at the Obama administration and equally unpopular lawmakers in Washington, potential civil unrest could spring not just from a poverty-stricken underclass, but also the shrinking middle class.

Perhaps that’s why the Department of Homeland Security is increasingly focusing its anti-terror apparatus on white middle class Americans, portraying them as domestic terrorist in a series of PSA videos.

In addition to the riot training, a new NYPD unit has also been set up to “troll sites like Twitter and Facebook for suspicious activity” in order to pre-empt potential flash mobs and other civil unrest.

Social networking websites like Facebook and Twitter came in for harsh condemnation following the UK riots, with Prime Minister David Cameron advocating authorities have the power to shut down access during times of public disorder.

For his part in decrying social media, Cameron was praised by none other than Communist China, 1which habitually censors the Internet to hide political corruption or prevent legitimate protesters from receiving media attention. The Communist state routinely uses such powers, which Senator Joe Lieberman has called to be introduced in the United States, to cover up atrocities and abuses against its own citizens.

Twitter, Facebook and Youtube are all banned in China and even sanitized government approved versions of these websites are now being shut down for long periods of time so that they can “remove all politically sensitive content under orders from Chinese internet authorities”.

— Oregano is an antibiotic. Its oil has been tested in laboratories and it has proved to be as powerful as pharmaceutical antibiotics, but without the associated dangers. Use it externally and consume it for any kind of infection.

Burns, cuts and grazes: immediately apply oregano oil to disinfect and reduce pain. A timely application can help to prevent blisters and scars by burns and also infections, allowing a quick recovery of the skin in all kinds of wounds.

Teeth and gums. Oregano oil acts as an effective pain relief for teeth, by killing the bacteria that causes pain. Apply the oil directly on the infected tooth. For gum problems, apply the oreganooil in the gum with a clean finger or by pouring one drop in the toothbrush before brushing. Regular treatment improves dental hygiene.

Intoxication: According to a recent study, approximately 20 per cent of the samples of meat obtained in stores contained bacteria resistant to antibiotics. Vegetarians can also be affected, as Salmonella and E. Coli have been found in vegetables such as iceberg lettuce or alfalfa germen. The food in restaurants is continuously contaminated due to bad hygiene or to inappropriate washing procedures.

After eating, take from 3 to 5 drops of oregano oil, as a measure of prevention. If some symptom persists, take 3 drops each hour for up to 10 hours or until the symptom disappear. Natural antibiotics, such as oregano oil, don’t generate antibiotic resistance, as the pharmaceutical products do. Use oregano oil to stimulate your immunologic system and to eliminate any pathogenic bacteria. This natural medicine serves as a defense against biological toxins.

Antiviral cold, flu and herpes: Daily intake in order to maintain a strong immunologic system and to weaken the virus. At the first signal of a viral infection, immediately take from 3 to 6 drops and continue with a maximum of 3 drops an hour during 10 hours maximum. In the case of herpes, besides taking oregano oil, it is advisable to apply the oil directly in the place where you first felt the tickle before the rash, as this would usually stop the rush. Due to the sensation of heat, oregano shouldn’t be used in sensitive skin areas or mucosa membrane.

Don’t use it in genitals without before having diluted one or two drops of oregano oil in one tablespoon of olive oil and first try it in small amounts. When it is applied at the first symptom, most of the viral conditions will become harmless. Warts can be treated by applying oregano oil directly to the wart, using a piece of cotton. It’s better to leave the cotton with oregano oil stuck to the wart as long as possible, fixing it with scotch tape. Repeat this procedure from 2 to 3 times a day and put 3 drops under the tongue 3 times a day during several months. It can be useful to cut the surface of the skin, in order to allow the oil to penetrate up to the root of the wart.

Antidote Oregano oil is able to neutralize poisonous bites. It is very effective as first aid against all kinds of poisonous bites, such as bees’, snakes’ and spiders’. Oregano oil is also useful to prevent infections and reduces inflammation and pain. Apply it directly to the wound; the oil will penetrate in it and this would neutralize toxins ­and pathogens. Take a few drops to increase the effect.

Federal government allowed Mexican drug cartel to import tons of cocaine into United States

Washington Times journalists Robert Farago and Ralph Dixon cite a “CIA insider” to make the claim that Operation Fast and Furious was a Central Intelligence Agency-orchestrated program to arm the Sinaloa drug cartel, a group that was also given the green light to fly tons of cocaine into the United States.

“In congressional testimony, William Newell, former ATF special agent in charge of the Phoenix Field Division, testified that the Internal Revenue Service, Drug Enforcement Administration and Immigration and Customs Enforcement were “full partners” in Operation Fast and Furious. Mr. Newell’s list left out the most important player: the CIA. According to a CIA insider, the agency had a strong hand in creating, orchestrating and exploiting Operation Fast and Furious,” report Farago and Nixon.

The program, with its designated cover of tracking where guns went so drug lords who purchased them could later be arrested downstream, was actually a deliberate effort to prevent the Los Zetas drug cartel from staging a successful coup d’etat against the government of Felipe Calderon by arming rival gang Sinaloa, according to the Times writers, a relationship that extended to “(allowing) the Sinaloas to fly a 747 cargo plane packed with cocaine into American airspace – unmolested.”

“The CIA made sure the trade wasn’t one-way. It persuaded the ATF to create Operation Fast and Furious – a “no strings attached” variation of the agency’s previous firearms sting. By design, the ATF operation armed the Mexican government’s preferred cartel on the street level near the American border, where the Zetas are most active,” states the report.

The notion that Fast and Furious was used as a cover through which to arm the the Sinaloa cartel would explain why the feds showed little interest in following up where guns ended up once they left the United States.

The Obama administration and the ATF claim that the Fast and Furious program was part of a sting operation to catch leading Mexican drug runners, and yet it’s admitted that the government stopped tracking the firearms as soon as they reached the border, defeating the entire object of the mission.

It would also account for the fact that the federal government failed to prevent Sinaloa importing tons of cocaine into the U.S.

Back in April, Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla, the “logistical coordinator” for the Sinaloa drug-trafficking gang that was responsible for purchasing the CIA torture jet that crashed with four tons on cocaine on board back in 2007 told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago that he had been working as a U.S. government asset for years.

According to court transcripts, Niebla was allowed to import “multi-ton quantities of cocaine” into the U.S. as a result of his working relationship with the FBI, Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration.

But the notion that Fast and Furious was solely an effort to isolate the Los Zetas cartel isn’t consistent with the fact that one of the gang’s kingpins recently told Mexican federal police that the group purchased its weapons directly from U.S. government officials inside America.

“They are bought in the U.S. The buyers (on the U.S. side of the border) have said in the past that sometimes they would acquire them from the U.S. Government itself,” Rejón Aguilar told police.

As we reported years ago, former DEA agent Cele Castillo has blown the whistle on how the US government controls the Los Zetas drug smuggling gang and uses it as the front group for their narco-empire.

With the gang having first been trained at the infamous School of the Americas in Fort Benning, Georgia, Castillo affirms that Los Zetas are still working for the US government in protecting drug routes to keep the wheels of Wall Street well-oiled. Castillo has gone on the record to state that the commandos are working directly for the US government drug cartel in carrying out hits on rival drug smugglers who aren’t paying their cut.

Fast and Furious may have served a dual purpose for the Obama administration.

Some evidence indicates the program was a plot on behalf of the administration to discredit the second amendment. While the feds were selling guns to Mexican drug gangs, Obama was simultaneously blaming drug violence on the flow of guns from border states to Mexico.

­Even after the revelations surrounding the program became public, the ATF cited the trafficking of guns to Mexico as justification for a new regulation that has led to ATF intimidation of both gun sellers and purchasers, a policy which arrived months after President Obama told gun control advocate Sarah Brady that his administration was working “under the radar” to sneak attack the second amendment.

During a March 30 meeting between Jim and Sarah Brady and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney, at which Obama “dropped in,” the president reportedly told Brady, “I just want you to know that we are working on it (gun control)….We have to go through a few processes, but under the radar.”

Operation Garden Plot was established under the cover of race riots in the 1960s.

Back in late 2010, the Army Corps of Engineers inadvertently posted information about Northcom’s CONPLAN 3502, included within information about a FEMA-simulated earthquake drill called National Level Exercise 2011.

The documents reveal how a secret Pentagon Civil Disturbance Operations plan calls for military-operated detention and search operations within the United States. It is mentioned in a Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) Handbook that was prepared by the Army’s Joint Test and Evaluation Command. It was also mentioned by General Victor E. Renuart, Northcom commander, in testimony before the House Armed Services Committee’s subcommittee on Terrorism and Unconventional Threats and Capabilities on March 5, 2008.

More information can be found here. IndyMedia provided extrensive coverage, not that the New York Times or the Washington Post noticed. The establishment press was uniformly silent.

CONPLAN 3502 surfaced again this week as the Brits scrambled to confront riots sweeping their country.

“With British Prime Minister David Cameron authorizing the use of rubber bullets and water canons in wake of the turbulent London riots spreading through Britain, questions have been raised about how authorities in the U.S. would respond to a similar domestic disturbance threatening the nation’s stability,” writes John Hudson for the Atlantic Wire.

According to National Journal‘s White House correspondent Marc Ambinder the U.S. already has a game plan in place. “If what happened in London ever happened in the US, the military has plans — CONPLAN 3501 and 3502 — to suppress the ‘insurrection,’ he tweeted. The mysterious reference to a numbered military plan generated a flurry of interest on Twitter as NPR host Michele Norris shot back: “I want to know more about the military’s plan to suppress any potential ‘insurrection.’– CONPLAN 3501 and 3502????”

Hudson continues: Interestingly, the CONPLAN (which stands for an “operation plan in concept format” at the Pentagon) Ambinder referenced is a popular subject among conspiracy theorists and critics of martial law. According to the public policy organization ­GlobalSecurity.org, CONPLAN 3502 is the U.S. military’s plan for assisting state and local authorities in the event of a riot or major civil disturbance: “Tasks performed by military forces may include joint patrolling with law enforcement officers; securing key buildings, memorials, intersections and bridges; and acting as a quick reaction force.”

The Brits may be scratching their heads, but the feds over here in the states have had plans in place for decades to deal with civil unrest.

Following the riots of the 1960s, the U.S. Army and National Guard devised Operation Garden Plot.Infowars.com  reported the posting of several declassified documents detailing on Operation Garden Plot back in 2009.

Garden Plot still exists and is now under the operational command of Northcom. It was last activated during the attacks of September 11, 2001, and also became operational during the 1992 Los Angeles riots. Annex A, section B of Operation Garden Plot defines tax protesters, militia groups, religious cults, and anti-government activists as “Disruptive Elements.”

Garden Plot is a sub program of Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, that established an undisclosed number of concentration camps in America for the internment of dissidents and other elements considered enemies of the state. It was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported upon by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987, so it is not a conspiracy theory.
